    TVL and start-ups

Government is making the TVL (Reimbursement Fixed Costs) also accessible for undertakings that were first registered into the Trade Register between October 1, 2019 and June 30, 2020. They are now also eligible for TVL through the Netherlands Enterprise Agency RVO. This concerns a TVL application for Q1 2021, not for any previous quarters. The desk for this corona support will close again on July 12, 2021 at 17.00 hrs. For applications for the Q2, this group can then join the ‘regular’ TVL desk.

Largely the same conditions apply to the start-up facility as to the regular TVL in Q1, 2021. For example, undertakings can get 85% of the calculated fixed costs reimbursed, and the fixed costs of an undertaking in a quarter must have been at least € 1,500. But in some aspects there are deviations in the facility:
    ▪ Sales must have declined at least 30% in one quarter. Start-ups, however, have to compare with the turnover in Q3 2020.
    ▪ In the event of a subsidy amount of more than € 25,000 a third-party statement is required.
